RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. We DO NOT accept any COD (cash on delivery) for return items. We will reject any COD packages.

2. Please contact us by phone, text, or email within 30 days of the shipping date on your Launching Pad paperwork and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned item we will send you a refund check.

3. Please keep the original box and other packing materials in case you need to return the product.

4. Please detach and unplug the control tower and tape it to the underside of the Launching Pad to ensure it will fit back into the box.
