1. The manufacturer and/or seller shall not be held liable in any shape or form for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided.

2. Keep hands, clothing, and tools clear of moving parts while the machine is in operation. Failure to do so may result in injury or worse.

3. This product must be used for it's intended purpose only. Any variation from it's intended use may increase the risk of harm to the unit itself or to the person abusing the unit. This type of activity voids all warranties and liability.

4. Always operate this product with caution and use appropriate safety measures, including standing clear while raising or lowering the platform.

5. One side of the platform MUST remain in the lowered position at all times. NEVER stand on the platform with all four corners in the raised position. The platform is not stable with all four corners raised, and using it with all four corners raised will void all warranties and liability.

6. Routine maintenance and inspection are required to ensure safe performance. The user is responsible for keeping the platform in proper working condition. Connections will loosen over time and LJH Golf is in no way liable for the consequences of not inspecting all moving parts over time.

7. Children or unqualified persons must not be allowed to operate or be near the equipment while in use. By proceeding to use this product, you accept and understand the risks involved and waive any claims against the manufacturer and/or seller for injuries resulting from negligent or incorrect use.

8. Make sure to unplug the internal battery if you wish to keep the unit plugged in. This will guard against the battery overheating and catching fire. Leaving the battery hooked up with the unit plugged in for extended times to 110v power can damage the unit and will void all warranties and liabilities. Charging the battery overnight is a sufficient amount of time to power up your battery.
